10 Ways to keep women healthy

There may be more then 10 Ways for a woman to keep healthy but I will concentrate on these ten. If any woman could be faithful enough to keep the rules regarding these ten, he/she would keep healthy and avoid avoidable diseases and sicknesses.

1) Number one of these is regular exercise.

Have regular exercise as this would enable you keep fit shading away unwanted fats that could cause obesity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes in the long run. Simple things like taking awake could help. If you normally take a bus to work, instead of stopping at the bus stop in front of your house, you could stop two bus stops away and walk home so long as there is no associated risk in walking home if it is in the night.
